Two Easy Breakfasts To Last You A Few Days

Scrambled Eggs & Turkey Sammies

This is my family’s favorite breakfast! I love it because it’s easy and quick to make and very filling, the combinations I love in ANY meal! (LOL)

Here’s what you need:

12 Hawaiian Rolls

6 eggs

3 slices of cheese (I use American)

12 slices of sandwich meat (I use turkey)

Directions:

Scramble the 6 eggs

Slice open the rolls while keeping them together

Spread the scramble eggs over the bottom half of the rolls

Fold each slice of cheese into fours and place over the scrambled eggs

Add a layer of 6 turkey slices over the cheese and add another layer of 6 slices

Place the rolls’ top halves on top and bake for 3 minutes at 300 degrees

Use a large knife to separate the sandwiches and serve!!!

Enjoy!

*You can double this recipe to make enough to last a few days. Just wrap up the sandwiches individually and your family can grab a breakfast sandwich in the mornings and enjoy!

Apple Cinnamon Pancakes

Sometimes plain pancakes just doesn’t do it for me. One day I decided to add a little flavor to my pancakes. I saw an idea on The Chew (don’t you just love that show?!) where they made pancakes with apples and other things. I thought, ‘that’s it!’ and went to whipping up some delicious apple cinnamon pancakes! Of course, if you noticed from my favorite drinks post, I love to do things my own unique way and keep it very simple! So, here’s how I do my apple pancakes!

What you need:

1 or 2 apples (depending on how much you want)

Pancake mix of your choice (scratch or box)

Cinnamon

¼ cup Sugar

Directions:

Mix pancake mix into batter

Chop apples into tiny cubes

Place apples in a bowl

Add cinnamon (to your preference)

Add sugar

Stir the cinnamon and sugar to coat the apples

Mix the apples into the pancake mix

Cook pancakes as normal!

Enjoy!

*Make lots of pancakes to last a few days. Your family can enjoy pancakes and fruit more!

One of my favorite things to do is enjoy a good drink. And I don’t mean alcoholic. I mean the kind that you can enjoy with your kids! Here are a few of my favorite drinks that others love for me to ma

As a part of my meal prepping for baby AJ, I’ve also started making his juice. It’s more of a smoothie than juice because it’s not just juice. It’s smoothies that I would drink myself, just more water

I have started preparing some of AJ’s meals from scratch. I pick a day to do the meal prepping and prepare all of AJ’s homemade meals for the week. My focus is making sure AJ gets nutrients. I prepare
